The water permeable bricks are placed above the supporting seat, the side end faces of the corners of the water permeable bricks are in friction contact with the clamping plates, and a buffer pad is placed in the area, located between the adjacent water permeable bricks, of the supporting seat; wherein the water permeable brick is provided with a water permeable hole, the water permeable hole is communicated with the water storage tank, the side, away from the water permeable brick, of the supporting seat is provided with a water drainage pipe, and the water drainage pipe is communicated with the water storage tank. According to the road structure, the water permeable bricks are restrained in multiple directions through the clamping plates and the buffer pads, so that the smoothness of the water permeable bricks is guaranteed, and the situation that the water permeable bricks are loosened or even tilted is avoided.
