The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering construction, and particularly relates to a pouring jacket bottom plate wet joint construction method which comprises the following steps: S2, laying a wet joint bottom template: laying the wet joint bottom template at the position of a prefabricated concrete beam; s3, steel bars are laid, specifically, a steel bar cage is laid on the bottom formwork, and the connecting part of the steel bar cage is welded through a welding mechanism; and S4, concrete is poured, specifically, the concrete is poured to the position above the prefabricated concrete beam, the bottom formwork and the laid steel bars are covered, and the upper surface of the concrete is vibrated through a vibration mechanism. According to the pouring jacket bottom plate wet joint construction method, a double-output-shaft motor is started, so that two oscillation cams rotate synchronously, the double-output-shaft motor is hinged to the inner top surface of a connecting frame through a connecting rod, the gravity center of each oscillation cam is not in the center, and therefore vibration of the connecting frame and an oscillation plate can be achieved through rotation of the oscillation cams; and the concrete can be vibrated to fill the joint.
