The invention discloses pier heightening and jacking equipment which comprises a construction platform and a jacking device. The construction platform comprises two semi-ring holding devices, the two semi-ring holding devices are oppositely and detachably arranged on the outer wall of the pier in a holding mode, the two semi-ring holding devices are detachably connected, and the inner walls of the two semi-ring holding devices can be connected with the outer wall of the pier in a negative pressure adsorption mode. The jacking device is arranged on the construction platform and can jack upwards. According to the bridge pier heightening and jacking equipment, the construction platform is arranged on the bridge pier under the condition that damage to the side wall of the bridge pier can be reduced, so that the construction difficulty is reduced, and the influence on the service life of the bridge pier is reduced.
