Transformation method for heightening existing reinforced concrete pier
The invention discloses a transformation method for heightening an existing reinforced concrete bridge pier. The transformation method comprises the steps that firstly, jacking devices are installed between a bearing platform and a main beam and between bridge pier straining beams; secondly, the bridge pier is cut off, and an upper bridge pier and a lower bridge pier are formed; thirdly, the upper bridge pier is lifted through a jacking device, then the upper bridge pier and the lower bridge pier are cut into upper bamboo-shoot-shaped columns and lower bamboo-shoot-shaped columns in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and steel bars of the upper bridge pier and the lower bridge pier are exposed; fourthly, the ends of the steel bars of the upper pier and the lower pier are sleeved with an upper sleeve and a lower sleeve in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and then the extension steel bars are inserted between the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve; fifthly, a pier column formwork with a pouring notch formed in the top is installed between the upper pier and the lower pier, and a wedge-shaped pouring opening formwork is installed corresponding to the pouring notch; sixthly, concrete is poured into an inner cavity of the pier column formwork through the wedge-shaped pouring opening formwork; and seventhly, firstly, wedge-shaped pouring opening concrete is cut and ground to be flat, and then all the jacking devices are dismantled. The method can reduce the chiseling amount of concrete and improve the transformation quality.
本发明公开了一种既有钢筋混凝土桥墩增高的改造方法,包括:步骤一,在承台与主梁之间及桥墩系梁之间安装顶升装置;步骤二,将桥墩割断,形成上、下部桥墩;步骤三,先通过顶升装置将上部桥墩抬升,再将上、下部桥墩一一对应地切割成上、下笋形柱,使上、下部桥墩的钢筋裸露;步骤四,先在上、下部桥墩的钢筋端部一一对应地套入上、下套筒,再将接长钢筋插在上、下套筒之间;步骤五,在上部、下部桥墩之间安装顶部开设浇筑槽口的墩柱模板,并对应浇筑槽口安装楔型浇筑口模板;步骤六,通过楔型浇筑口模板将混凝土浇入墩柱模板的内腔中;步骤七,先将楔型浇筑口混凝土切割磨平,再拆除所有的顶升装置。本发明能减少混凝土的凿除量,提高改造质量。
