The invention provides an ultrasonic vibration static penetrometer, and relates to the field of geological prospecting, the ultrasonic vibration static penetrometer comprises a friction cylinder, an ultrasonic vibration unit, an ultrasonic generator, a conical tip, a conical tip pressure sensor and a side wall friction resistance sensor, and one side of the ultrasonic vibration unit is connected with the end of the friction cylinder. The problem that when a traditional static sounding surface penetrates into a hard soil layer, penetration cannot be achieved due to the fact that counter force provided by an instrument is limited and a probe easily reaches ultimate bearing capacity is solved, and penetration resistance can be effectively reduced. Therefore, the static sounding probe is suitable for hard soil layers, dense sand soil stratums and the like, the service life of the probe is longer, and the application range of static sounding is expanded.
