The construction method comprises the following construction steps that a foundation pit is excavated; a bottom layer independent foundation formwork is erected, and square timbers are arranged; erecting a supporting cross rod, erecting a top layer independent foundation template, and arranging square timbers; connecting pieces are installed; one end of the main inclined strut unit is hinged to the connecting piece connected to the top layer independent foundation formwork, the other end of the main inclined strut unit is inserted into a foundation pit, one end of the secondary inclined strut unit is hinged to the connecting piece connected to the bottom layer independent foundation formwork, and the other end of the secondary inclined strut unit is inserted into the main inclined strut unit; and the steps S5-S6 are repeated, and the main inclined strut units and the secondary inclined strut units are installed on the multiple connecting pieces. The supporting angle of the main inclined strut unit can be adjusted according to independent foundation structures of different sizes, practicability is high, the strength and rigidity of the internal thread supporting rod are high, the reinforcing effect is good, the concrete forming quality is good, and the construction economic benefits are greatly improved.
