Supporting construction method of deep foundation pit adjacent to underground structure in hard rock stratum geological environment
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a supporting construction method for a deep foundation pit adjacent to an underground structure under the geological environment of a hard rock stratum, and the supporting construction method comprises the steps that the position of a steel support base and the length needed by a steel inclined strut are determined through a BIM model; a corbel type crown beam is constructed after hole forming and pouring of a rotary drilling rig, and a foundation pit is divided into an early-stage area and a later-stage area; the method comprises the following steps: excavating a foundation pit by adopting a subarea excavation mode, constructing a basement bottom plate and a steel support base in an early-stage area, then constructing an assembly type prestressed steel inclined strut, excavating earth in a later-stage area, then constructing a basement structure and a support replacement belt, dismantling a steel support, and after the basement construction is completed, constructing the assembly type prestressed steel inclined strut. According to the deep foundation pit support construction method, the problems that in the existing deep foundation pit support construction process of the hard rock stratum geology adjacent to the underground structure, hole forming of the support pile foundation is difficult, and the anchoring structure can damage the underground structure of the existing surrounding building are solved.
坚硬岩层地质环境下紧邻地下构筑物的深基坑支护施工方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域,包括利用BIM模型确定钢支撑底座位置以及钢斜撑所需的长度、采用潜孔钻机在桩位引孔后,通过旋挖钻机成孔、灌注后施工牛腿式冠梁、将基坑分为先期区和后期区,采用分区开挖的方式进行基坑的开挖、进行先期区地下室底板及钢支撑底座施工后进行装配式预应力钢斜撑施工、进行后期区土方开挖后进行地下室结构及换撑带施工完成后,将钢支撑拆除、待地下室施工完成,地下室外墙达到设计强度后开始肥槽回填等步骤,解决了目前在坚硬岩层地质紧邻地下构筑物的深基坑支护施工过程中支护桩桩基成孔困难以及锚固结构会对周边既有建筑地下结构产生破坏的问题。
