The upstream side of the cofferdam is connected with the guide piles through the lifting mechanism, a semi-suspension system is formed, the influence of the height difference of the mud surfaces at the upstream and downstream positions of the cofferdam on the posture of the cofferdam is effectively solved, and unbalanced resistance in the sinking process of the cofferdam is balanced through the lifting mechanism and the water adding amount into the cofferdam.
