The invention discloses an energy-saving drainage diversion control system and method based on micro power. The system comprises a diversion well device, a control unit and a solar device. The diversion well device comprises a diversion well, a water inlet pipeline, a first drainage pipeline and a second drainage pipeline, one end of each of the water inlet pipeline, the first drainage pipeline and the second drainage pipeline is communicated with the diversion well, the other end of the first drainage pipeline is communicated with a sewage treatment tank, and the other end of the second drainage pipeline is communicated with a natural water body through intercepting equipment; the control unit is used for controlling opening and closing of the first drainage pipeline and/or the second drainage pipeline according to the state of water flowing into the flow dividing well. The solar device is used for converting solar energy into electric energy for storage and supplying power to the energy-saving drainage diversion control system; the control unit is further used for controlling on-off of charging of the solar device. The technical problems that in the prior art, electric energy supply is inconvenient and electric energy consumption is large due to the fact that the electric energy supply condition of an urban sewage disposal diversion system is limited are solved.
