The invention discloses a power transmission tower and foundation connecting structure which comprises a steel pipe cylinder arranged in a foundation and vertically extending and a connecting cylinder vertically welded to the lower end of a power transmission tower, and the foundation is a concrete foundation body arranged in a foundation pit; a plurality of anti-pulling keys embedded in the concrete foundation body are fixedly connected to the outer side of the steel pipe cylinder, the upper end of the steel pipe cylinder upwards extends out of the concrete foundation body and forms a positioning cylinder, a threaded piece is arranged on the positioning cylinder, a plurality of connecting grooves are sequentially formed in the upper end of the positioning cylinder in the circumferential direction, and each connecting groove comprises a sliding groove part and a clamping groove part; a plurality of connecting keys are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the connecting cylinder, mounting holes are formed in the connecting cylinder, and fasteners penetrate through the mounting holes.
