The invention relates to the technical field of automatic parking garages, and particularly discloses a double-layer comb tooth lifting type AGV carrying robot which comprises a lifter, a carrying robot body is movably arranged on the upper end face of the lifter, the carrying robot body comprises a driving main body, and a plurality of comb tooth rods are fixedly installed on the outer walls of the two sides of the driving main body; and two symmetrically-arranged first butt joint rods are fixedly mounted on the bottom face of the comb tooth rod, vehicle carrying frames are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the carrying robot correspondingly, and each vehicle carrying frame comprises a lifting block. By arranging the exchange assembly, when the exchange assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the fixed rod, a movable block in the exchange assembly correspondingly protrudes upwards, and a vehicle can be prompted to be parked at a proper position in the process that the vehicle is driven into the vehicle carrying frame; the protruding movable blocks corresponding to the vehicle tires can limit the vehicle tires, and then the stability of the vehicle on the transfer robot is improved.
