The invention discloses a preparation method of a green cementing material based on metallurgical slag, and belongs to the technical field of cementing materials. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of modified slag, 6-10 parts of an alkali activator, 10-15 parts of plant fibers and 90-110 parts of water. According to the prepared cementing material, the waste metallurgical slag is used as a filling material, so that effective utilization of resources is realized; by adding the plant fibers, the cement can be used as a reinforcing material to reinforce the strength of a cementing material, and can also provide partial alkalinity, so that the consumption of an alkali activator is reduced, and the cost is saved; the modified slag obtained by carrying out surface modification on the slag can improve the strength of the material and also can inhibit generation of saltpetering; therefore, the prepared cementing material is high in strength, capable of retaining slump, capable of inhibiting generation of saltpetering, capable of achieving effective utilization of waste resources, free of redundant additives, good in homogeneity and environmentally friendly.
本发明公开了一种基于冶金熔渣的绿色胶凝材料制备方法,属于胶凝材料技术领域。包括以下重量份原料:50‑60份改性熔渣、6‑10份碱激发剂、10‑15份植物纤维、90‑110份水。制得的胶凝材料通过利用废弃的冶金熔渣作为充填料,实现了资源的有效利用;通过添加植物纤维,不仅能作为一种增强材料,增强胶凝材料的强度,还能提供部分碱性,降低了碱激发剂的用量,节约了成本;通过对熔渣进行表面改性得到的改性熔渣,能提高材料的强度,还能抑制泛碱的产生;因此,本发明制得的胶凝材料强度高,保坍,能抑制泛碱的产生,而且实现了废弃资源的有效利用,无多余添加剂均质性好,绿色环保。
