Curtain wall traction type circular track hoisting equipment of high-rise building and construction method
The invention discloses traction type circular rail hoisting equipment and a hoisting method for constructing a curtain wall of a high-rise building. The equipment comprises a foundation layer floor, cantilever beams are installed on the foundation layer floor at certain intervals, each cantilever beam is fixedly provided with a section of I-shaped steel hanger rail, and all the I-shaped steel hanger rails are connected end to end to form an outer circular rail; the outer ring rail is in sliding fit with a sling cart which is provided with a winch, and a sling is arranged at the lower end of a winch traction rope. A circle of inner ring rail is fixed to the edge of a floor of the lower layer of the foundation layer and is formed by connecting a plurality of I-shaped steel sliding rails end to end. The inner ring rail is in sliding fit with a tractor, the tractor is provided with a transverse driving cylinder protruding out of the foundation layer floor, and a piston rod of the transverse driving cylinder is provided with a hard rope sleeve used for internally pulling or externally ejecting the traction rope. The method is characterized in that according to the vertical face concave-convex condition of a hoisting layer relative to a base layer, a hard rope sleeve is jacked outwards or pulled inwards through a transverse driving cylinder. The equipment and the method can greatly reduce the workload.
本发明公开一种施工高层建筑物幕墙用的牵引式环轨吊装设备和吊装方法,该设备包括基础层楼板,基础层楼板每隔一定距离安装一根悬挑梁,每根悬挑梁固定一节工字钢吊轨,全部工字钢吊轨首尾相连形成外环轨;外环轨滑动配合有吊装车,吊装车安装有卷扬机,卷扬机牵引绳下端设有吊具;基础层的下一层楼板边缘固定有一圈内环轨,该内环轨由多节工字钢滑轨首尾连接而成;内环轨滑动配合有牵引车,牵引车安装有一个外凸于基础层楼板的横向驱动缸,横向驱动缸活塞杆设有用于内拉或外顶牵引绳的硬质绳套;该方法的关键在于根据吊装层相对于基础层的立面凹凸状况,经横向驱动缸外顶或内拉硬质绳套。该设备和方法能大幅度降低工作量。
