The invention discloses a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system and a reclaimed water recycling process, and relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment.The printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system comprises a pretreatment tank, an air flotation machine, a PBR-precursor bioreactor, a biochemical reaction cylinder, a sand filter, an ultrafilter, a reverse osmosis unit, an EOPs electrochemical reaction cylinder, a stirring device, an ozone generator, a plate-and-frame filter press and an ultrasonic generator; the pretreatment tank, the air flotation machine, the PBR-precursor bioreactor, the biochemical reaction cylinder, the sand filter, the ultrafilter, the reverse osmosis device and the EOPs electrochemical reaction cylinder are sequentially communicated through pipelines, the output end of the ozone generator is connected with the input end of the bottom of the sand filter through a pipeline, and the stirring device is installed on the side, close to the inlet end, of the sand filter. The ultrasonic generator is mounted on one side of the sand filter tank. According to the invention, the PBR-precursor bioreactor is arranged, so that extreme microorganisms with an efficient degradation effect can be used as precursor species, limiting factors are degraded, the limiting factors of wastewater treatment are removed, and an excellent environment is provided for other microorganisms to breed in wastewater.
本发明公开了一种印染废水处理系统及中水回用工艺,涉及废水处理技术领域,包括预处理池、气浮机、PBR‑先驱生物反应器、生化反应筒、砂滤池、超滤器、反渗透器、EOPs电化学反应筒、搅拌装置、臭氧发生器、板框压滤机和超声波发生器,所述预处理池、气浮机、PBR‑先驱生物反应器、生化反应筒、砂滤池、超滤器、反渗透器、EOPs电化学反应筒依序通过管道连通,所述臭氧发生器的输出端与砂滤池底部输入端通过管道相连接,所述搅拌装置安装在砂滤池靠近进口端一侧,所述超声波发生器安装在砂滤池的一侧。本发明设置PBR‑先驱生物反应器可以高效降解效果的极端微生物作为先驱物种,降解限制因子,解除废水处理的限制因素,为其他微生物繁殖于废水中提供优良环境。
