The invention discloses a novel composite cement grinding aid and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cement admixtures. The soil conditioner is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of an alcohol amine compound, 10-15 parts of sodium sulfite, 20-30 parts of red mud modified charcoal, 5-10 parts of dilauryl thiodipropionate, 5-10 parts of sodium humate, 5-10 parts of molasses and 30-40 parts of water. The alcohol amine compound is composed of monoethanol diisopropanolamine and diisopropyl monoethanolamine according to a mass ratio of 2: 1. According to the grinding aid, the solid waste red mud and the plant straw are used for comprehensively modifying the biochar material, on one hand, the utilization rate of the solid waste red mud and the plant straw is increased, and the production cost is reduced; on the other hand, the red mud modified charcoal and the alcohol amine compound have a synergistic effect according to a specific ratio, so that the grindability of the material is improved, and the machine-hour output of cement is increased. Meanwhile, cement particle distribution can be improved, hydration power is stimulated, and therefore the early strength and the later strength of the cement are improved.
本发明公开了一种新型复合水泥助磨剂及其制备方法,属于水泥外加剂技术领域。它是由以下重量份的原料制成:醇胺类化合物30‑40份、亚硫酸钠10‑15份、赤泥改性生物炭20‑30份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯5‑10份、腐植酸钠5‑10份、糖蜜5‑10份、水30‑40份。所述醇胺类化合物为一乙醇二异丙醇胺与二异丙基单乙醇胺按照2:1的质量比组成。本发明助磨剂利用固体废弃物赤泥与植物秸秆综合改性生物炭材料,一方面提高了固体废弃物赤泥和植物秸秆的利用率,降低生产成本;另一方面赤泥改性后的生物炭与醇胺类化合物按照特定配比协同作用,提高物料易磨性,提高水泥台时产量。同时还能改善水泥颗粒分布并激发水化动力,从而水泥早期强度和后期强度。
