Deep well composite cooling thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a deep well composite cooling thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The composite cooling and heat-insulating material for the deep well comprises 30-40 parts of a cementing material, 25-30 parts of blast furnace slag, 5-7 parts of expanded perlite, 3-5 parts of liquid aerogel, 1.5-3 parts of an additive and 13.5-18.5 parts of water, wherein the additive comprises a pore generating agent, an accelerator, a water reducing agent and a rubber powder activating agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding ground blast furnace slag, a cementing material and water into a stirrer for stirring, adding foams generated after foaming of an aqueous solution of a pore generating agent, uniformly stirring, adding pre-prepared dried expanded perlite particles coated with liquid aerogel, and uniformly stirring; then adding the rubber powder activating agent and the water reducing agent, uniformly stirring, then adding the accelerator, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composite cooling and heat-insulating material with a porous structure, a good heat-insulating effect and high strength, so as to meet actual due requirements.
本发明提供了一种深井复合降温隔热材料及其制备方法。该深井复合降温隔热材料包括胶凝材料30~40份、高炉矿渣25~30份、膨胀珍珠岩5~7份、液态气凝胶3~5份、外加剂1.5~3份、水13.5~18.5份;其中,外加剂包括气孔生成剂、速凝剂、减水剂和胶粉活化剂。本发明通过将磨碎的高炉矿渣、胶凝材料和水加入搅拌机内进行搅拌,并加入气孔生成剂的水溶液发泡后产生的泡沫,搅匀后加入预先制备的烘干后的包裹有液态气凝胶的膨胀珍珠岩颗粒,并搅拌均匀;然后加入胶粉活化剂和减水剂,搅匀后再加入速凝剂,搅拌均匀后即可制得具有多孔结构、隔热效果好、强度高的复合降温隔热材料,以满足实际应有的需求。
