Preparation process of high-strength recycled aggregate concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a preparation process of high-strength recycled aggregate concrete. The preparation process comprises the following steps: sorting the aggregate; granulating and carbonizing the lightweight aggregate; soaking the heavy aggregate; and preparing the high-strength recycled aggregate concrete. The superfine slag powder, the construction waste, the lime and the desulfurized fly ash are mixed to prepare the cementing material with bonding performance, and the cementing material is added into the lightweight aggregate, so that the lightweight aggregate has certain bonding performance, relatively light lightweight aggregate powder can be bonded with one another, better granulation is realized, and the prepared cementing material is relatively low in viscosity, and is not prone to cracking. The concrete can prevent overlarge particles caused by direct excessive bonding of the lightweight aggregate, and the lightweight aggregate with proper particle size can be used for filling gaps among the heavy aggregate and is better bonded with the heavy aggregate, so that the internal combination of the concrete is tight, and the compression resistance is better.
