Preparation method of high-purity graphite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-purity graphite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing carbon aggregate and asphalt, and carrying out pressurized mixing and kneading to obtain a paste material; (2) rolling, crushing and sieving the paste obtained in the step (1) to obtain pressed powder; performing cold isostatic pressing treatment on the pressed powder to obtain a green block; (3) carrying out pressure roasting on the green block obtained in the step (2) to obtain a roasted block; and (4) carrying out graphitization treatment on the roasted block obtained in the step (3) to obtain the high-purity graphite material. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, by virtue of a synergistic effect of pressurized kneading and pressurized roasting, the asphalt is more uniformly spread on the surface of the carbon aggregate and infiltrated into pores of the carbon aggregate to form a sintering neck, and pressurized roasting promotes carbonization and ring formation of the asphalt, so that tight connection of different aggregates is realized, and the homogeneity of the material is improved; the high-purity graphite material which does not need to be impregnated and roasted for multiple times is prepared.
