The preparation method comprises the following steps: obtaining components meeting index conditions, preparing secondary carbon black, carrying out primary dry mixing, carrying out secondary dry mixing, carrying out wet mixing, carrying out isostatic compaction and subsequent process treatment, and carrying out graphitization treatment to prepare the high-purity isostatic pressing graphite material for spectral analysis. By fusing with other materials in the raw materials, the mechanical strength of the finished graphite material can be supplemented; according to the preparation method, the raw materials are ground, then are subjected to compression molding and sintering carbonization treatment, and finally are subjected to a graphitization process, so that the density and the strength of the high-purity graphite material can be increased.
