Super-thick soft highway subgrade reinforcing device and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an ultra-thick soft highway subgrade reinforcing device. The device comprises a lower reinforcing layer; the multiple anti-freezing assemblies are arranged in the length direction of the road, any anti-freezing assembly comprises a ground source heat pump, a heat supply pipe loop and a heat exchange pipe loop, and the heat exchange pipe loop communicates with the heat supply pipe loop through the ground source heat pump; the upper reinforcing layer comprises a metal-based composite particle layer, a thermal insulation layer and a pavement layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the drainage assembly comprises a plurality of drainage pipes, a pair of drainage inclined pipes and a water storage tank, the two ends of the drainage pipes are communicated to the pair of drainage inclined pipes respectively, and the bottoms of the drainage inclined pipes are provided with connection pipes communicated to the water storage tank; any drainage pipe is connected to one row of extending steel bar joints and provided with a plurality of rows of drainage blind pipes extending into the roadbed. The problem of seasonal frozen soil diseases of the ultra-thick soft highway subgrade is fundamentally solved, the strength of the ultra-thick soft highway subgrade is enhanced, and the driving load requirement of the ultra-thick soft highway subgrade is met.
