The anti-drag cast-in-place pile comprises a reinforcement cage, concrete and the rigid isolation layer, the rigid isolation layer is of a multi-section cylindrical structure, and each section of cylindrical structure is formed by combining two semicircular tile structures; the two semicircular tile structures are connected and fixed at the joint, the adjacent cylindrical structures are connected and fixed, the rigid isolation layer is of a thin-wall structure, the outer side of the rigid isolation layer is coated with an anti-drag material, the rigid isolation layer is fixed to the outer side of the reinforcement cage, the concrete is poured into the rigid isolation layer, and the concrete, the reinforcement cage and the rigid isolation layer jointly form an anti-drag cast-in-place pile structure. The construction method comprises the following steps: forming holes in the cast-in-place pile; preparing a reinforcement cage; lowering a reinforcement cage; and pouring concrete. The rigid isolation layer is segmented and sectioned, construction is facilitated, the outer side of the rigid isolation layer is coated with the drag reduction material and wrapped with the protective film, and the drag reduction effect is more remarkable.
