The width of the isolation bag after grouting is larger than the distance between the reinforcement cage and the in-situ soil body, the concrete is poured in the composite membrane structure and expands to form a cylindrical structure, and the tensile strength of the material of the isolation membrane is far smaller than the bonding strength between the isolation membrane and the supporting membrane and far smaller than the bonding strength between the isolation membrane and the outer surface of the cast-in-place pile. The construction method comprises the following steps: forming holes in the cast-in-place pile; lowering a reinforcement cage; grouting the isolation bag; and pouring concrete. The surface of the cast-in-place pile is covered with the composite film structure, so that the problem that the pile foundation is affected by settlement in the construction process of a soft soil area or a soil filling area and after construction is solved.
