The invention relates to a riverway breast wall construction process, in particular to a channel concrete breast wall panel-free cast-in-place formwork with a steel protective face and a construction process. The invention discloses a panel-free construction process for a concrete breast wall of a channel with a steel protective surface. The process comprises the following steps of: 1, preparing for construction, and measuring and setting out; 2, constructing a cushion layer; 3, binding the reinforcing steel bars; 4, mounting a bearing platform template and a protective surface; 5, pouring concrete on the C30 bearing platform; sixthly, a breast wall formwork and a protective face are installed; seventhly, C30 breast wall concrete is poured; and 8, concrete curing. According to the panel-free construction technology for the concrete channel concrete breast wall with the steel protective face and the channel breast wall manufactured through the panel-free construction technology, by adjusting the technology, building of breast wall formworks can be effectively simplified, panels do not need to be used, the overall weight of the formworks is reduced, meanwhile, the stability of the formwork structure can be guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced. The side, near the water side, of the cast breast wall meets the flatness requirement.
