The dredging reamer head comprises a base and a plurality of spiral cutter heads, and a suction opening is formed in the middle of the base; the spiral tool bits are arranged at the bottom of the base and extend in the direction away from the base, suction spaces are formed between the spiral tool bits and communicate with the suction opening, and the spiral tool bits rotate to convey sludge into the suction spaces. The invention further discloses a water dredging device. By means of the arrangement of the structure, during use, the multiple spiral tool bits rotate, soil and sludge at the water bottom are fully mixed with water to form slurry, meanwhile, the multiple spiral tool bits rotate at the same time, centrifugal force influences one another, the sludge is continuously guided into the suction space, the concentration of the slurry in the suction space is kept high, and the sludge can be effectively sucked. And the mud is sucked out through the suction port, so that the desilting capability and the desilting efficiency of the product can be effectively improved.
