Mixed metal friction damper with multi-stage yield and post-yield hardening features
The invention relates to a mixed metal friction damper with multistage yielding and post-yielding hardening characteristics, which is used for structural damping and comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a connecting plate, a slide rail plate, an upper friction plate, a lower friction plate, a metal energy consumption plate, a spring and an energy consumption metal groove. The upper friction plate and the lower friction plate are fixedly connected with the upper cover plate and the connecting plate respectively, the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate are connected through the spring, the sliding rail controls the relative movement direction, gap grooves with different widths are formed in the gap groove plate, the upper end of the energy dissipation metal plate is fixed to the connecting plate, and the lower end metal rod extends into the gap grooves. Under the condition of small earthquakes, the damper achieves energy dissipation through stress yielding of part of the energy dissipation metal plates, and under the condition of large earthquakes, energy dissipation is achieved through sliding friction of the friction plates and yielding of the other energy dissipation metal plates, and the effects of graded yielding and hardening after yielding are achieved. The energy-dissipating capacity is stable and good, and graded yield can be achieved under the condition of different earthquake magnitudes; and the post-yielding hardening effect can be achieved, and an adverse failure mechanism caused by sudden reduction of rigidity after the damper yields is prevented.
本发明是具有多级屈服和屈服后硬化特征的混合金属摩擦阻尼器,用于结构减震,包括上下盖板、连接板、滑轨板、上下摩擦板、金属耗能板、弹簧和耗能金属槽。上下摩擦板分别与上盖板、连接板固定连接,上下盖板之间通过弹簧连接,滑轨控制相对运动方向,间隙槽板上设有宽度不同的间隙槽,耗能金属板上端固定于连接板,下端金属棒伸入间隙槽中。在小震情况下该阻尼器通过部分耗能金属板受力屈服实现耗能,在大震情况下通过摩擦板滑动摩擦与其余耗能金属板屈服进行耗能,达到分级屈服与屈服后硬化的效果。本发明具有稳定良好的耗能能力,能够在不同震级情况下分级屈服;能够实现屈服后硬化效果,防止阻尼器屈服后因刚度骤减形成不利的失效机制。
