The building assembly type sleeve grouting device comprises a grouting sleeve, and a grout adding pipe and a grout discharging pipe which communicate with each other are arranged on the two sides of the interior of the grouting sleeve correspondingly; a feeding assembly is arranged at the end of the slurry adding pipe and comprises a connecting sleeve, the connecting sleeve is arranged at the end of the slurry adding pipe in a sleeving mode through a threaded structure, and a communicated mounting frame is arranged at the end of the connecting sleeve. According to the building assembly type sleeve grouting device, through the arrangement of the feeding assembly, after grouting is completed, the plugging piece is controlled to move into the mounting frame for plugging, and by means of the plugging mode, the time difference in the taking process when a grouting pipe is taken down for plugging can be avoided; and therefore, the later grouting effect of the device can be improved.
