The invention discloses an assembly type grouting sleeve for building construction. The assembly type grouting sleeve for building construction comprises a half grouting sleeve, the half grouting sleeve comprises a threaded pipe section and a grouting pipe section, the threaded pipe section is provided with an inner threaded hole used for threaded connection with a first steel bar, a round cavityis formed in t he grouting pipe section, and a second steel bar comprises a multi-bent part and a vertical part. The assembly type grouting sleeve for building construction further comprises a pipe round outside but square inside and an internally-threaded pipe, the pipe round outside but square inside is provided with a second external thread, the internally-threaded pipe is provided with a firstinternal thread matched with the second external thread, the outer diameter of the grouting pipe section is the same as that of the pipe round outside but square inside, a first external thread is arranged on the outer surface of the grouting pipe section, a rectangular hole used for allowing the second steel bar to penetrate through is formed in the pipe round outside but square inside, and theaxial section area of the rectangular hole is smaller than that of the round cavity. The assembly type grouting sleeve for building construction is simple in structure, low in application cost and capable of effectively improving the connecting quality of the grouting sleeve or ensuring the connecting quality of the sleeve when the grouting sleeve is not fully grouted.
