The pitched roof vibrating, polishing and protecting device comprises a movable supporting mechanism and a material conveying output component, an assembling rotating component assembled through bolts is arranged at the top end of the movable supporting mechanism, and an arm adjusting transmission mechanism is arranged at the output end of the assembling rotating component; and a material conveying output component which is mounted in a sleeving manner is arranged on the inner side of the adjusting arm transmission mechanism. According to the device, the effect of roof machining is achieved mainly through mutual cooperation of the movable supporting mechanism and all the assemblies, a large amount of labor is saved, the passive situation that pouring and vibrating are conducted through many people in traditional pitched roof vibrating and pouring is eradicated, the device can serve as a tying and hanging point of a safety belt, and the safety belt is more convenient to use. The problems that people are inconvenient to walk and fall and hurt people due to the fact that the pitched roof has height difference and has no safety belt hanging point are solved, the concrete distribution and vibration efficiency is greatly improved, the influence of severe weather is prevented, the construction period is ensured, modular integrated production is achieved, and application and popularization are convenient.
本发明公开了坡屋面振捣收光兼防护装置,包括有移动支撑机构与传料输出部件,所述移动支撑机构的顶端设置有螺栓装配的装配旋转部件,且所述装配旋转部件的输出端设置有调臂传动机构,且所述调臂传动机构的内边侧设置有套接安装的传料输出部件。该发明装置主要是利用移动支撑机构以及各个组件的相互配合下达到对于屋顶加工的效果,节约了大量人工,杜绝了传统的坡屋面振捣浇筑依靠多上人来浇筑振捣的被动局面,该装置可以作为安全带的系挂点,解决了因为坡屋面存在高低差且无安全带系挂点,而导致人员行走不便倾倒伤人,极大提高了混凝土布料和振捣效率,防止了恶劣天气的影响,确保了施工的工期,模块化集成生产,便于推广应用。
