Pre-coating coarse aggregate self-compacting concrete
The invention discloses precoated coarse aggregate self-compacting concrete which comprises precoated coarse aggregate, the precoated coarse aggregate is prepared by coating a sizing material on coarse aggregate, and the sizing material forms an adhesive film layer which is not completely cured and has certain deformability and binding power on the surface of the coarse aggregate; a glue layer is coated on coarse aggregate before mixing, the coarse aggregate is mixed with other raw materials of the concrete when the glue layer is cured until the surface of the coarse aggregate is dry and has certain adhesive force, plasticity and follow-up bonding capacity, and the glue layer on the surface of the coarse aggregate also has certain plasticity, so that the bonding force between the coarse aggregate and cement paste can be enhanced; the bond-wrapping performance of the coarse aggregate and the concrete is improved; and in the mixing process of the pre-coating coarse aggregate and other raw materials of the concrete, the adhesive layer can generate adaptive deformation, and after curing, mechanical occlusion with any solid particles in the concrete is formed, so that the binding force with the concrete is increased, the interface between the aggregate and the hydrate in the concrete is enhanced, and the bending and tensile properties of the concrete are improved.
本发明公开一种预涂层粗骨料自密实混凝土,包括预涂层粗骨料,所述预涂层粗骨料由粗骨料上涂布胶料制成,所述胶料在粗骨料表面形成未完全固化且具有一定变形能力和粘结力的胶膜层;在拌合前的粗骨料上涂布胶层,待胶层固化至表干具有一定附着力和可塑性且具有后续可粘结能力的状态下与混凝土其他原材料拌合,由于粗骨料表面的胶层还具有一定可塑性,因此能增强粗骨料和水泥浆体之间的粘结力,提高了粗骨料与混凝土的握裹性能;且预涂层粗骨料与混凝土其它原材料混合过程中胶层可发生适应性变形,固化后,形成与混凝土中任何固体颗粒的机械咬合增加与混凝土的结合力,增强混凝土中骨料和水化物之间的界面,使混凝土的弯拉性能提高。
