The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a refractory material crucible containing rare earth elements, which comprises the following steps: taking 8-12kg of magnesia, placing on the ground to serve as a main material for manufacturing the crucible, adding a small amount of boric acid on the magnesia, then completely adding 1.5-3.5 kg of cerium oxide, and uniformly stirring; and then the crucible is manufactured through a series of operations. The invention aims to improve the performance of a refractory material crucible by adding rare earth elements into a crucible used by a 25 kg vacuum induction furnace.
本发明公开了一种含有稀土元素耐火材料坩埚的制作方法,包括如下步骤:取8‑12公斤镁砂,放置地面,用作制作坩埚的主要材料,上面加少量硼酸,然后将1.5‑3.5公斤氧化铈全部加入其中,并搅拌均匀;然后再经过一系列的操作将坩埚制作完成。本发明的目的是通过向25kg真空感应炉所用坩埚加入稀土元素来改善耐火材料坩埚的性能。
