A pottery clay formula capable of improving the drying strength of green bodies comprises slime and clinker, and the slime comprises 55-70% of silicon oxide, 16-25% of aluminum oxide, 0-10% of iron oxide, 0-2% of titanium oxide, 3-5% of sodium potassium salt and the balance burning loss matter; the clinker is a material obtained by firing the slime, and the mass ratio of the clinker to the slime is 1: (8-10). By optimizing the slime combination formula, the drying strength of the pug is improved, the defect of poor oxidation in the firing process of the pug is reduced, the processing cost is controlled, and meanwhile the qualified rate of green bodies and finished products is effectively increased.
一种可提高生坯干燥强度的陶泥配方,包括矿泥和熟料,所述矿泥中各个成份含量为氧化硅55‑70%,氧化铝16‑25%,氧化铁0‑10%,氧化钛0‑2%,钠钾盐3‑5%,剩余为可烧失物;所述熟料为采用所述矿泥经过烧制后的物料,所述熟料和矿泥的质量比为1:8‑10。本发明通过优化矿泥组合配方提高泥料干燥强度斌并减少了泥料烧制过程中的氧化不良缺陷,在控制加工成本的同时有效提高了生坯及成品合格率。
