The invention discloses a method for improving the strength of a ceramic body. The method comprises the steps: taking ceramic body raw materials, crushing, proportionally mixing and ball-milling to prepare slurry; adjusting the water content of the slurry to 60-70%, and then standing for precipitation; taking three fourths precipitate on the upper layer for later use; preparing the residual precipitate at the lower layer into briquettes, firing at the temperature of 900-950 DEG C for 0.5-1 hour, and then crushing into sintered crushed powder again; and taking part of the sintered crushed powder with the separated upper-layer precipitate,mixing, performing wet grinding to obtain green body slurry, adjusting the water content of the prepared slurry to 20-25%, injecting the slurry into a mold, molding, taking out, and drying. The slurry is precipitated to layer coarse and fine particles, and the upper-layer fine material is made into a blank, so as to be beneficial to enhancing the fineness and quality of porcelain. The lower-layer coarse material is made into sintered broken powder to be mixed with the blank slurry, so that the fluidity of the blank slurry can be improved, the watercontent of the slurry is reduced, the shrinkage of the blank in the drying process is reduced, the strength of the blank can be effectively improved, cracking of the blank in demolding, drying and firing processes is avoided, and the damage rate is reduced.
一种提高陶瓷器坯体强度的方法,取陶瓷坯体原料破碎后按比例混合球磨制备成浆料;浆料含水量调整至60—70%后静置沉淀;取上层四分之三沉淀物备用;下层剩余沉淀物制成坯块后于900—950℃烧制0.5—1小时,然后重新破碎成烧结破碎粉;取部分烧结破碎粉与分离出的上层沉淀物混合湿磨制成坯体浆料,将制备的浆料含水量调节至20—25%,然后注入模具成型后取出干燥。浆料通过沉淀使粗细颗粒分层,取上层细料制造坯体有利于提高瓷器细腻度和质量。下层粗料制成烧结破碎粉混入坯体浆料能改善坯体浆料的流动性,减少浆料含水量,降低坯体干燥过程收缩量,能有效提高坯体的强度,避免坯体在脱模、干燥和烧制过程中开裂,降低损坏率。
