The invention discloses a preparation process of a high-strength ceramic product, and relates to the technical field of ceramic preparation. The preparation process of the high-strength ceramic product comprises the following steps: respectively weighing the raw materials in parts by weight, mixing the body materials, adding water, carrying out ball milling, passing through a 200-mesh sieve, removing iron through a magnetic separator, carrying out filter pressing by using a hydraulic mud press to form a mud cake, shaping the body mud, trimming, airing, and carrying out low-temperature biscuiting after airing to obtain a green body; mixing the raw materials of the glaze layer, adding water, performing ball milling, performing wet milling, removing iron to obtain glaze water, and adjusting the water content of the glaze water to be 50-70%; and uniformly applying the prepared glaze water to the surface of a green body through spraying equipment, airing, and firing at high temperature to obtain the high-strength ceramic product.
本发明公开了一种高强度陶瓷制品的制备工艺,本发明涉及陶瓷制备技术领域。该高强度陶瓷制品的制备工艺,按照重量份分别称取各原料,将胎料混合加水后球磨,并通过200目筛后经磁选器除铁,而后用液压榨泥机压滤成泥饼,将坯体泥料定型后进行利坯、晾晒,晾干后低温素烧得素胎;将釉层原料混合加水后球磨,经湿磨过除铁后得到釉水,调剂釉水的含水率为50‑70%;通过喷涂设备将制备的釉水均匀施于素胎表面,晾干后高温烧制得到高强度陶瓷制品。
