The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a continuous carbon fiber toughened WC ceramic composite material, which comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing WC in a solvent to obtain a WC suspension; fixing the surface-modified continuous carbon fiber woven part at an electrode of electrophoresis equipment, electrifying, and uniformly depositing WC on the surface of the continuous carbon fiber woven part to obtain a process product; and drying the process product, and then adopting a spark plasma sintering or hot pressed sintering process to obtain the continuous carbon fiber toughened WC ceramic composite material. According to the continuous carbon fiber toughened WC ceramic composite material, the density is larger than or equal to 13.5 g/cm < 3 >, the hardness is larger than or equal to 20.5 GPa, the bending strength is larger than or equal to 1830 MPa, and the fracture toughness is larger than or equal to 19.5 MPa.m < 1/2 >.
