The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a method for producing high-whiteness calcined talc powder for building materials by using black talc, which comprises the following steps: pickling black talc mineral powder in a hydrochloric acid or nitric acid system, rinsing with sodium hydrosulfite, and drying to obtain calcined talc powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps of: performing flotation purification in a flotation system of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, fatty alcohol ether phosphate MOA-3P and the like, and finally calcining to obtain the talcum powder with the whiteness of 90.3-95.2% and the talcum content of 86.4-93.5%. The scheme provided by the invention is applied to a building material, resource utilization of the black talc ore is realized, and the quality of the talcum powder is remarkably improved.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,且公开了一种利用黑滑石生产高白度建筑材料用煅烧滑石粉的方法,本发明将黑滑石矿粉在盐酸或硝酸体系进行酸洗、连二亚硫酸钠漂洗,并在脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯MOA‑3P等的浮选体系中进行浮选纯化,最后经过煅烧,得到的滑石粉的白度为90.3‑95.2%,滑石含量达到86.4‑93.5%;本发明的方案用在建筑材料中,实现了对黑滑石矿的资源化利用,显著提高了滑石粉的品质。
