本发明涉及既有空心板梁桥中板铰缝钢板抗剪加固装置及施工方法,包括由若干空心板组成的梁桥,相邻的空心板间均开设铰缝并于铰缝内插嵌有加固钢板,所述加固钢板均由槽钢与钢板组成,所述槽钢纵向水平延伸且钢板竖向固连在槽钢下端以插嵌入铰缝,横向相邻的空心板间经填充灌缝材料与加固钢板固连,纵向相邻的空心钢板间经连续现浇段与加固钢板固连;本发明结构合理、力学性能良好,充分利用空心板间铰缝及铺装层的空间增设钢板及槽钢,从而可以提高空心板桥梁结构的抗剪及抗弯承载能力,并能提高空心板间的横向连接能力,且本发明在旧桥的加固过程中改造成本低、施工方法简便实用。
