The invention discloses a post-grouting construction technology for an all-casing cast-in-situ bored pile. The post-grouting construction technology comprises the steps that preparation work is made in advance; construction is conducted on the site according to the designed scheme; and grouting operation is conducted, specifically, a grouting pump is started, pressure is gradually increased, grout is injected into the pile bottom or the soil layer around the pile from the bottom of a grouting pipe, the initial grouting pressure is controlled to range from 0.5 MPa to 1.0 MPa, and in the grouting process, the grouting pipe is gradually lifted, and the grout is evenly distributed on the pile bottom or the soil layer around the pile. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the bearing capacity of a pile foundation is improved, grouting and filling are conducted, specifically, high-pressure grout is injected into a soil layer at the bottom of the pile or around the pile, pores and gaps of the soil layer are filled, and the compactness and the bearing capacity of a soil body are improved.
