A downward-extending inner toothed bar extends downwards from the center of an upper limiting connecting plate, an inner limiting connecting plate is fixedly attached to the lower limiting connecting plate through a lower fixing bolt, and an upward-extending inner fixing toothed bar extends upwards from the inner limiting connecting plate and directly faces the downward-extending inner toothed bar; the inner limiting supporting part is provided with a horizontal inner limiting guide plate, an upward-extending inner tooth cylinder extends upwards from the center of the inner limiting guide plate, a downward-extending inner tooth cylinder extends downwards from the center of the inner limiting guide plate, the upward-extending inner tooth cylinder is meshed with a downward-extending inner tooth rod in an inserted mode, and an upward-extending inner fixing tooth rod is meshed with the downward-extending inner tooth cylinder in an inserted mode; the upward-extending outer cylinder is fixedly connected with a fixed limiting stop block through a side fixing bolt, and the lower end of the fixed limiting stop block makes contact with the upper surface of an inner limiting guide plate, so that the inner limiting guide plate cannot move upwards. A first spring assembly sleeves the outer side of the upper extending inner tooth cylinder, a second elastic assembly sleeves the outer side of the lower extending inner tooth cylinder, and the second spring assembly has pre-deformation pressure; the upward-extending outer cylinder is filled with damping liquid.
