The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a wooden formwork splicing piece which comprises a first fixing plate body, a second fixing plate body, a first splicing structure and a second splicing structure. The first fixing plate body is arranged at one end of the upper side face of one to-be-spliced wooden formwork. The second fixing plate body is arranged at one end of the upper side face of the other wooden formwork to be spliced and corresponds to the first fixing plate body. The first splicing structure comprises a first tightening rack and a first tooth-shaped through groove; the second splicing structure comprises a second tightening rack and a second tooth-shaped through groove, one end of the second tightening rack is connected with the second fixing plate body, and the second tooth-shaped through groove is formed in the first fixing plate body. According to the wood formwork splicing method and device, the splicing mode of the wood formwork is simplified, so that splicing of the wood formwork is more efficient and faster, and the splicing quality of the wood formwork is guaranteed. The invention further provides a splicing method for the wooden formwork splicing piece.
