The invention discloses a haunched beam prestressed steel strand anti-sliding device and an installation construction method, the anti-sliding device comprises a cross rod array, a screw rod and a cover plate, the cross rod array is composed of a plurality of cross rod modules, and each cross rod module comprises a pair of cross rods; a plurality of transverse rod modules are distributed on the lead screw in the length direction, and a pair of transverse rods of each transverse rod module are symmetrically distributed on the opposite sides of the lead screw; the positioning assemblies are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the transverse rod, a limiting space is formed between every two adjacent positioning assemblies, and each limiting space is used for installing a steel strand; one end of the cover plate is hinged to the end, away from the lead screw, of the transverse rod, and one side face of the cover plate is made to be away from or close to the transverse rod through hinged rotation so that a steel strand located on the transverse rod can be pressed. The lead screws and the transverse rod modules are rotationally matched through threads, so that the distance between every two adjacent transverse rod modules in the vertical height can be adjusted.
