A heavy hammer balance type large-span any-length equipment hoisting opening comprises a frame, a plurality of sets of split cover plates and a plurality of sets of cover plate supporting beam mechanisms. The split cover plate comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate, and the first cover plate and the second cover plate are rotationally connected with the first side and the second side of the frame respectively. The cover plate supporting beam mechanism comprises a supporting beam and a supporting part, and the supporting part is arranged on the first side of the frame. The supporting beam comprises a fixed beam and a movable beam, and the movable beam is located right in front of the fixed beam. One end of the fixed beam is connected with the second side of the frame and is provided with a pair of first guide rails; one end of the movable beam is connected with an installation support installed on the second side of the frame in an up-down rotating mode, and the movable beam is provided with a pair of second guide rails. The second cover plate is a folding cover plate, and when the second cover plate rotates upwards and is switched from the unfolding state to the folding state, the idler wheels on the two sides of the second cover plate move to the guide rails of the fixed beam from the guide rails of the movable beam. The cover plate is high in bearing capacity, and objects can be conveniently hoisted in and out of the hoisting opening.
