The invention discloses a hollow glass air pressure regulating valve, hollow glass and a hollow shutter, the hollow glass air pressure regulating valve comprises a valve body and a valve core, the valve core is arranged in the valve body, the hollow glass is provided with a hollow cavity, the valve body is internally provided with a first communication cavity, the first communication cavity is communicated with the hollow cavity, and the first communication cavity is communicated with the hollow cavity. One end of the valve element is communicated with the first communicating cavity, the other end of the valve element is communicated with external air, the hollow glass air pressure regulating valve further comprises an inserting cover and a filter disc, and the filter disc is arranged between the first communicating cavity and the valve element.
