The invention discloses a gelling composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The gelling composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 80 parts of cement, 90 to 270 parts of mixed sand, 30 to 80 parts of slag powder, 6 to 18 parts of resin modified basalt fiber, 0.5 to 4 parts of natural fiber, 4.5 to 20 parts of inorganic nano material, 0.5 to 2.5 parts of water reducing agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of air entraining agent and 14 to 45 parts of water, the mixed sand comprises superfine sand obtained by screening the dredging sludge, and the particle size of the superfine sand is less than 1mm. The gelling composite material disclosed by the invention has excellent breaking strength, compressive strength and crack resistance, realizes resource utilization of the slag powder and the ditch dredging sludge, and is suitable for repairing and reinforcing the drainage pipe of which the pipe is concrete.
