The invention discloses a pile side and pile end integrated grouting device. The pile side and pile end integrated grouting device comprises a cast-in-place pile, a grouting pipe pre-buried in the length direction of the cast-in-place pile, a plurality of annular transverse grouting hoses connected with the grouting pipe and a grouting body formed through grouting, wherein the cast-in-place pile comprises a steel reinforcement cage and pile body concrete, the grouting pipe is arranged on the inner side of the steel reinforcement cage of the cast-in-place pile and fixedly connected with one side of the inner side of the steel reinforcement cage, and the plurality of annular transverse grouting hoses are arranged on the pile side and the pile end correspondingly and surround the outer side of the steel reinforcement cage; and the grouting pipe comprises a sleeve valve pipe, a grouting core pipe, an upper grout blocking piston and a lower grout blocking piston, the grouting core pipe is sleeved with the sleeve valve pipe, the grouting core pipe is sleeved with the upper grout blocking piston and the lower grout blocking piston, the upper grout blocking piston and the lower grout blocking piston can move up and down in the sleeve valve pipe, and a plurality of grout jetting holes are formed in the grouting core pipe between the upper grout blocking piston and the lower grout blocking piston at intervals. By arranging the grouting pipe, fixed-depth, quantitative and fixed-section grouting of a plurality of sections of the pile side and the pile end is achieved at the same time,and the construction process is simplified.
