The invention belongs to the technical field of water stop needles for grouting, and provides a uniform-expansion water stop needle which comprises a grouting pipe, a plurality of anti-impact reinforcing ribs are arranged on the outer wall of a pipe body of an expansion sleeve, and every two adjacent anti-impact reinforcing ribs are arranged at intervals. The anti-impact reinforcing rib comprises a plurality of square anti-impact plates and a plurality of inner rounded corner panels sunken towards the grouting pipe, and the circumferential ends of two anti-impact plates are integrally connected with the two circumferential ends of the inner rounded corner panel located in the middle through arc corners correspondingly. The end, facing the direction deviating from the bolt, of a pipe body of the expansion sleeve extends outwards to form an annular connecting part, the annular connecting part is sleeved with the metal gasket, and the outer wall of the expansion sleeve is in transition connection with the side wall of the anti-impact reinforcing rib through a fillet. By arranging the optimized expansion sleeve structure and adopting the design, the expansion sleeve structure uniformly expands in a mounting hole of a wall body, so that raw materials do not overflow, can permeate or fill cracks of the wall body and then are cured, and the main advantages of water prevention, seepage prevention and the like are really achieved.
