According to the system, an exhaust aluminum alloy structure system is adopted for the wall vertical face, a track structure is formed for installing an outer wall decoration plate, a heat preservation core material is poured into a cavity structure of the decoration plate and the wall, a seamless butt joint heat preservation wall structure can be formed, a cavity cold and hot bridge of a finished heat preservation plate system is eradicated, silica gel waterproof seams are omitted, anti-crack mortar hanging gridding cloth is omitted, and the heat preservation effect is good. The putty leveling procedure is omitted, the poured heat preservation core material is innovated, and the control technology for the tensile strength of the building outer wall external heat preservation core material is achieved.
