The high-rise garbage carrying device for the construction site comprises an interlayer garbage cleaning and transporting box, a discharging opening of the interlayer garbage cleaning and transporting box is connected with a cleaning and transporting pipeline, a cleaning and transporting pipe opening is fixed to the bottom of the cleaning and transporting pipeline, and the interlayer garbage cleaning and transporting box comprises cleaning boxes arranged in floors; construction waste is screened into blocks and ash powder through the waste screening assembly arranged in the interlayer waste clearing and transporting box, the screened construction waste is divided through the material dividing and flow guiding mechanism and the partition plate, so that the construction waste enters respective channels in the clearing and transporting pipeline, impact force of the blocks is absorbed through the buffer plate assembly when the blocks fall, and the blocks and the ash powder are separated. The situation that objects fall to the ground at a high speed and splash around is avoided; the dust slides down along the first flow guide elastic piece and the second flow guide elastic piece, diffusion of a large amount of dust caused by mutual collision of the dust and the blocks is avoided, and therefore dust raising pollution of a construction clearing site can be reduced, and potential safety hazards of operators in construction are reduced.
