A height adjusting assembly is arranged on the base, a supporting top seat is arranged at the top end of the height adjusting assembly, a supporting cross beam is fixedly arranged on one side of the supporting top seat, and an adjusting assembly used for adjusting the horizontal position of the picking assembly is arranged on the supporting cross beam. According to the construction site garbage classifying and picking device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the height of the picking assembly is adjusted through the height adjusting assembly, the horizontal position of the picking assembly is adjusted through the adjusting assembly, and the supporting trundles are arranged in a matched mode, so that construction site garbage at different positions can be classified and picked through the picking assembly; according to the embodiment of the invention, the construction site garbage can be fully subjected to dust falling treatment by utilizing water mist, and the influence of dust on the construction site garbage picking process is avoided.
