The invention discloses an adjustable folding type boarding hanging ladder which comprises a ladder main body with a plurality of parallel steps, the pedal platform is rotatably connected to the upper end of the ladder main body; the grab rails are rotatably connected with the two sides of the ladder main body; the locking assembly can be manipulated to move in the transverse direction and is provided with an unlocking position and a locking position; wherein the pedal platform is provided with a folding position and an unfolding position; when the locking assembly is located at the locking position, the pedal platform can be located at the folding position or the unfolding position. When the locking assembly is located at the unlocking position, the pedal platform is allowed to be switched between the folding position and the unfolding position.
