The telescopic folding hanging ladder comprises a hanging frame; the boarding ladders can be hinged to each other, rotated and folded to be mounted on the hanging frame; and handrails which can be independently stored are arranged on two sides of the hanging frame. When a worker needs to replace the side face for operation, the handrail on any side of the two sides of the hanging frame is stored, and the problem that the handrail can hinder operation of the worker is solved.
